The Balkans is officially a new EFM field! We have a field! Since we were already hoping to go there, some things will continue as they are. We are still working with our coaches on preparation to be missionaries. We are still building relationships with the workers we know in that region and trying to find out what we can about this region and the people living here. We are also still raising prayer and monthly financial partners.
But there are some new pieces now. We need two teams: one to pray regularly, collectively, for this field, and the other to help with the logistical brainstorming and research associated with opening a new field. EFM will also be looking for people to go to the field on a few short-term opportunities: a yearly prayer trip for the first few years and a planning trip doing some of the logistical work that has to be done on the ground. Finally, we would love teammates!
