The Evangelical Friends Mission (EFM) Board is searching for a New Executive Director.
The purpose and passion of Evangelical Friends Mission is to fuel a worldwide movement of people who seek first the kingdom of God, planting churches that live and die to carry out the Great Commission in the spirit of the Great Commandment. The Executive Director will be responsible for the organization’s consistent achievement of this mission in accordance with the strategic direction of the EFM Board.
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader who will carry out a long-range strategic plan that fulfills EFM’s vision into the future. The Executive Director will direct the daily operations of the organization, effectively oversee executive and office staff, represent EFM in all regions of EFC-NA, and give oversight and direction to fundraising initiatives. Candidates must adhere to EFC-NA’s statement of faith and be willing to travel to EFC-NA events and internationally as needed.
The Board is grateful for the exceptional leadership given by Dan Cammack for the past several years. We are excited to announce that Dan will be transitioning to the newly created role of Field Director where he will focus on member care for our EFM missionaries and development of our international fields and field support teams.
Interested parties for the position of Executive Director should send resumes by February 28, 2021 to EFM Board Chair, Rusty Savage at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
