
Evangelical Friends Mission is searching for an Executive Director.
EFM is seeking its next Executive Director to lead the organization into a new season of faithful, strategic leadership. This remote, full-time role reports to the Board of Directors and provides overall vision, direction, and oversight for EFM’s staff, partnerships, and global work. The Executive Director serves as the primary leader and public representative of EFM, guiding the organization as it fuels a worldwide movement centered on God’s kingdom and the Great Commission.
The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature, relational leader with a deep love for the Church and a global perspective. This person will cast vision, develop people and resources, strengthen relationships across regions and cultures, and translate discernment into clear strategy and action. Experience in leadership, fundraising, and cross-cultural work is essential, along with the ability to inspire others to engage meaningfully in EFM’s mission.
