Description
Because traveling to a clinic is often cost prohibitive, women who live in remote villages do not have easy access to health care during child delivery. Home delivery is common, even when there are health risks, and it is not uncommon for a mother or a baby to lose their life. You can help by providing a scholarship for at-risk mothers to travel to a regional clinic where they can receive the best care available during childbirth.
