I do BELIEVE that praying to Jesus is the KEY to having a personal relationship with Him right there in my heart, all of our hearts and souls! You MUST believe that ALL things are possible with God. He is with me every single day guiding me, holding my hand while I walk my path on this earth. He helps me to walk over every pebble, around every rock and if there are boulders……..oh and there are many, there are many………He lifts me up and gives me the strength to climb over them!! I may come out with scrapes and bruises along the way but I KNOW that with time Jesus WILL heal me at his will! He is such a merciful, Loving, Caring Giving Father…..He will never Forsake me, you all Christians EVER!!!!
So reading your prayer letter and learning of your 3 days of no rain was no surprise to me, it made me smile BIG and I immediately wanted to share my thoughts with all of you! Jesus has heard and answered many of my prayers since being chosen by Him, I am in AWE of Him!!!! Praise Prayers are my favorite prayers, as I WANT to make Jesus smile when I pray, but most importantly to give Him all the glory He deserves for His great sacrifice for all of the Christians of the world.
I will be lifting you all up in prayer to our Heavenly Father, and may peace, comfort, LOVE, and great JOY be in your hearts and souls.

Hi, David,
My name is Ginger Hoovler. I am currently the morning secretary & bookkeeper (and wife of Elyria campus pastor David Hoovler) at North Olmsted Evangelical Friends Church in Ohio. We also spent 3 years overseas. I just read the July EFM prayer letter, which featured your story, and was struck by the whole life approach that you are coaching in Rwanda, Thailand and elsewhere, so I looked you up on the EFC website. The article struck a chord with me with some of what we learned about in our intercultural grad work about the “excluded middle.” Something that came to my mind while reading it was whether this approach would also work well in the U.S., especially with underprivileged communities. I was wondering whether you have more information about the whole life discipleship program and/or Discipling for Development that you wouldn’t mind sharing.
