October 2024 Testimonies from Thailand

EFM’s relationship with The Way Foundation in Thailand is valuable in continuing the Great Commission work in Southeast Asia. The Way Foundation’s vision is to help establish a growing ministry that will continue to share the gospel, make disciples, plant churches, and be connected to churches around the world, including those in America, for many generations to come.
We are excited to share this report from Yaw Sa Pa who is the Director of the Holistic Community Development Project.
Holistic Community Development Project

Wanchai’s family has been involved in serving God for about thirty years. Before that, his family lacked patience and often quarreled, using harsh words towards one another. It was difficult for them to forgive each other, making it hard for them to be a model family for their neighbors. This led others to gossip about them, which did not honor God in terms of being a godly family as the Bible teaches.

After learning about family life according to the biblical model and understanding God’s purpose and expectations for a Christian family, both began to change their attitudes.

From being unable to honor each other, they started learning how to do so. From struggling to forgive each other, they gradually learned to forgive more. From lacking patience in many areas, they began to cultivate more patience. All of this was to bring

glory to God in their marriage according to his will.

What they would like everyone to pray for is their plan to read the Bible together and to study God’s Word together, so that they can better understand and know God’s will in living as Christians, allowing their family to glorify God.

Thanks for your prayers and your support.

From,
Charlee Kunakorn
Executive Director, The Way Foundation
