EFM’s relationship with The Way Foundation in Thailand is valuable in continuing the Great Commission work in Southeast Asia. The Way Foundation’s vision is to help establish a growing ministry that will continue to share the gospel, make disciples, plant churches, and be connected to churches around the world, including those in America, for many generations to come.
We are excited to share this report from one of The Way Foundations Projects! This report was shared by Yaw Sa Pa, Director of the Holistic Community Development Project.

Wanchai’s family is serving in Ja Saw Pa Village. Before serving, this family would not have been a role model as they often quarreled and it was difficult for them to respect each other and be examples for other families. After our team went to teach various lessons to this family, their lives changed and they could live by relying on God, including serving in the community. Wanchai’s wife began to want to serve God by starting to teach children in the church and Wanchai began to change in his attitude.
For example, in the past, he had the idea of relying only on organizations or foundations for support, but now, he has started teaching and encouraging people in the community to use the resources in the village in order to support their families. One example of this is that they can use the land they have to grow vegetables to be sold and earn money to support their own family. This family began to have a vision of wanting to serve God forever and help this community become a strong community in God so that they could honor God.
