EFM needs medical professionals and caregivers in our mission of disciple-making! One to two years, or ongoing four-year-term career opportunities!
- Access in new fields: Nurses, doctors, and others with experience in medical care or caregiving professions are a tremendous asset in a variety of roles and possibilities. Help is needed to access and immerse oneself in new communities to serve and create a disciple-making presence.
- Nursing: Communities respond well to a trained nurse. A trusted medical professional in the neighborhood breaks down barriers for friendship and opportunities to discuss faith. Life-changing conversations can start with a blood pressure check from a nurse in the neighborhood.
- Health Clinics: Many communities where EFM is working have poor access to medical care. A significant asset to a mission is creating a source for healthcare through a health clinic, whether a simple home clinic or a more formal clinic. EFM missionary teams gain access to families seeking wellness checks, treatment for illness or injuries, healthy living instruction, or illness prevention. A health clinic also helps legitimize the presence of a mission to the community and government.

Registration is now open for EFM’s annual Future M
issionary Retreat! Join us whether it be your first time or fifth time as a part of the community together in this journey! The retreat will be from May 26 – May 29, 2025, at Quaker Ridge Camp and Conference Center, Woodland Park, Colorado. The retreat begins with dinner Monday evening, May 26 and ends with lunch at noon on Thursday, May 29. EFM covers half your travel costs and all registration costs.
