August 2025 Testimonies from Thailand

EFM’s relationship with The Way Foundation in Thailand is valuable in continuing the Great Commission work in Southeast Asia. The Way Foundation’s vision is to help establish a growing ministry that will continue to share the gospel, make disciples, plant churches, and be connected to churches around the world, including those in America, for many generations to come.
We are excited to share this report from Yaw Sa Pa who is the Director of the Holistic Community Development Project.
E-Ae-ma (Lebo’s Wife)

Following her participation in the biblical family role training sessions, Mr. Lebo’s wife has openly shared with our team the deep spiritual work that God has been doing in her heart. She has gained a renewed understanding of the purpose and design of marriage as established by God.

In a sincere and humble reflection, she admitted to having demonstrated several inappropriate behaviors in her relationship with her husband in the past. These included reacting emotionally, engaging in arguments and using harsh language when displeased, failing to show respect for her husband, blaming him without discernment, disregarding his feelings, and acting primarily according to her own desires.

Through learning and personal reflection based on the Word of God, she has come to recognize these patterns as significant weaknesses that have harmed their marital relationship. She acknowledged that her past actions were wrong and not pleasing to the Lord. Although she understands that she cannot go back to undo what has been done, she has expressed a firm commitment to change. She is determined to adopt a new mindset in her approach to marriage—especially in exercising emotional self-control, showing honor to her husband, and pursuing her role as a godly wife.

Please Pray…

  • Please pray for Mr. Lebo’s wife, who is currently growing in her faith and in her relationship with God.

  • Pray that she will continue to experience ongoing transformation, be guided by the Word of God in her daily life and be empowered by the Holy Spirit to manage her emotions and expressions both in speech and in action.

  • May she become a godly example within her family, a wife who honors her husband, and a mother who raises her children according to God’s ways.
